Chico has completed two separate projects at our Condo in Brookline. The work was completed on time and on budget. We are very satisfied with the results. He has done detailed molding work, replaced wood railings, floors and thresholds throughout our unit, completely remodeled two bathrooms and painted and completed small jobs throughout our unit. At the end of each day he cleaned up all materials leaving the condo as he found it. For both projects we received several quotas and his prices were competitive and reasonable. We would highly recommend him to anyone.
